Refund policy


Returns

You have 14 days from receiving your purchase to return your item. Unfortunately, if more than 14 days have passed, we are unable to offer a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

Any claims for damaged or faulty posters or prints must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition. It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect all goods upon receipt.

Please note that we do not offer refunds or returns on gift cards.

To process your return, we require a valid receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchanges

As our Kit items are fulfilled by dropshipping partners, we are unable to offer exchanges for incorrect sizing or change of mind. Please refer carefully to the size guide before placing your order.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email to confirm receipt of the item and inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within a few days. Please allow up to 10 working days for the funds to appear in your account.

If you have not received your refund after this time, please contact us at enquiries@soulandsurf.com.

Sale Items

Only full-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.

Shipping your return

To initiate a return, please email enquiries@soulandsurf.com and we will provide the return address.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund where applicable.

Delivery times for exchanged items may vary depending on your location.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
